Curriculum vitae
Nataschja Hummel was a Weapon Engineer Officer in the Royal Netherlands Navy for over 12 years. In this period she took an interest in military employment law. In her second career as a lecturer and researcher at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, she teaches (public) employment law and works on her PhD on normalization (also called privatization) of military employment law in the Netherlands, with a particular interest in collective bargaining structures.
