Constitutional and Administrative Law

The Constitutional and Administrative Law department includes three sections: Migration Law, Social Law and Constitutional and Administrative Law. From different perspectives, research is being conducted within these sections into the regulation of social issues and the way in which fundamental interests of citizens are guaranteed. An example of a point of focus is the legal role of government in society.

These themes also have a prominent place in the Bachelor’s and Master’s curriculum offered by the department. We ask students to actively think about how the law can best fulfill its regulatory and protective role. Thus we hope to prepare them for their future role in society.
