Internships

Gain practical experience

An internship can be a valuable experience to complement your study programme. When you wish to do an internship during your studies, you will need to find an internship placement yourself. However, before actually starting to look for internships, it is advisable to thoroughly think about the type of internship you're looking for, at what type of company you'd like to be an intern, and lastly what you would like to learn during your internship.

To help you answer these questions, we have some useful resources with regards to internships in the Career Portal under ‘Extra info’.

Additionally, you can always schedule an appointment with one of our Career Officers in case you want to have your CV and cover letter checked for an internship application. Do you need some advice when it comes to deciding what type of internship placement you want and how to find it? We also offer internship advice appointments. You can schedule an appointment through the Career Portal.

Please contact the internship coordinator of your degree programme for more practical information such as how to obtain credits for your internship.
